NC Primary Voting - March 3, 2026

Simply cast your ballot at your early voting location, on March 3rd at your regular polling place, or request an absentee ballot from your local board of elections.

As an Unaffiliated voter, you may choose to vote in either the Republican or Democratic primary, but not both. 

When voting in person, either during early voting or on March 3rd, you may request a Republican party ballot to participate in the Republican primary.  You may also ask for a Republican ballot when requesting an absentee ballot.

Thanks for visiting, but unless you change your party affiliation to either Unaffiliated or Republican prior to registration deadlines, you won't be able to vote in the Republican primary.
